OLIVES OCEAN

Olives Ocean is a small local agency focused on offering private experiences in the sea. The services are divided into three sections: boat excursions, the snorkelling experience and the private dive guide service.

All the experiences have the common objective of sharing moments in the sea, either in the water or navigating its waters, always with the utmost respect and care for it.

From the beginning of the project I have taken care of the reduction of plastics and waste production. On the other hand, the snorkelling and diving guide activities are designed to be carried out within areas of special protection, such as the marine reserve in the north of Menorca and the Illa del Aire marine reserve in the south of the island. The Parc Natural de s’Albufera d’es Grau, which is my second home, is also included as well as different Red Natura 2000 areas on the island.

* Private boat excursion:

Embark on an unforgettable adventure as you explore the crystal clear waters and stunning coastline of Menorca. Miki will guide you through the most amazing corners of the island, taking you to places that can only be reached by sea.

* Snorkelling experience:

Immerse yourself in the underwater beauty of Menorca with our exclusive private snorkelling experience!

Discover the hidden secrets of the Mediterranean as you explore the crystal clear waters and Posidonia meadows of this biosphere reserve island.

With an experienced underwater guide at your side, you’ll embark on a personalised adventure that will allow you to enjoy peace and privacy while admiring the biodiversity of its waters. You will learn about the marine flora and fauna from a local who is in love with its beauty.

During this aquatic activity, whether you have experience or not, Miki will guide you making sure you feel comfortable and safe at all times.

* Private dive guide:

Experience for people with diving certification. Focused on underwater photographers who do macro underwater photography and wide-angle underwater photographers. Also open to other types of underwater photography and certified divers in general who wish to enjoy a private guide.

The activity will be carried out in coordination with various dive centres on the island.

All the outings take place within the protected areas of the Natura 2000 Network that the island and its two marine reserves. In this way we can discover and experience how protection is a fundamental part in the recovery of marine ecosystems and enjoy its marine biodiversity.

I have seen these seabeds all my life and now they are showing abundant life again 🙂
