LLUMAÇANES GRAN

The Llucmaçanes Gran Farmhouse, situated in the houses of the “lloc” farm of the same name, is a unique holiday home. The estate is considered to be the origin of the current village of Llucmaçanes and it was also built on the site of a prehistoric settlement. The owners, Plácido and Dorita, restored the houses in 1997, respecting the Menorcan architecture as much as possible and creating different spaces for various guests. To its south side, the property has an entire stand alone house with three double bedrooms, which is ideal for families or groups of friends. To the north, it has 4 double rooms with a bathroom and private terrace with shared living room, dining room and kitchen, without a doubt the best option for couples with or without children. Llucmaçanes Gran also has a large garden with a swimming pool, 2 barbecues that you can use whenever you want, and parking. If there is one thing that characterises the Llucmaçanes Farmhouse, it is the real farm atmosphere; there are cows, pigs, sheep, rabbits and hens to delight the children, and an organic vegetable garden that you can use absolutely free.
